These Terms govern your use of DjAI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
DjAI helps you create AI-assisted music sets from supported music services and local songs you select.
You may sign in with an account or use guest mode where available. Some features require an account.
DjAI integrates with third-party music services (such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube) where supported. Each of those services is governed by its own terms and policies, which apply in addition to these Terms.
DjAI does not grant you any rights to music content. Playback availability depends on the services you connect, your subscriptions with those services, your region, and each provider's own rules. A source being connected does not always mean a given track is playable — DjAI will show a passive view when playback is limited or unavailable.
Prompts, set titles, profile names, and any other content you provide must not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Sets and suggestions generated by DjAI are recommendations. They may not always be accurate, fully playable, or available, and depend on the data available from your connected sources and preferences.
DjAI does not currently offer any paid subscription, in-app purchase, or premium tier. If paid features are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated to describe the plans, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms in effect at that time, consistent with App Store / Google Play rules.
You must not misuse DjAI, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with or manipulate the service, or use DjAI for unlawful purposes.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy → Delete Account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
DjAI depends on third-party platforms whose availability, features, and policies can change at any time and are outside our control.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@playdjai.com.
